- 6 Nov 1728. Lease for 20 years from the Trustees of the Charity School of Sheffield to Joseph Booth of a messuage or tenement in Ecclesfield (South Yorkshire).
- 19 June 1779. Release in fee of a cottage with its appartenances in Bovingdon in the County of Hertford by Joseph Goodall to William Goodall A.B.
- 1 February 1793. Deed to declare the mors of a fine by the Reverend William Goodall, heir of Joseph, and his wife, to James Croft and William Stanton Esq on a cottage in Bovingdon (Hertfordshire).
- 20 August 1795. Lease for a year by the Reverend William Goodall to Horatio Ware, carpenter, of a cottage in Bovingdon in the County of Hertford for five shillings.
